AskAfter prepares and tracks the request. At MVP, sending uses your own email app or phone—no fleet sending API is called.

Owner-confirmed reviews: Google review counts are not pulled through an API in the MVP. When you see a review arrive, use “Confirm review” on that customer’s row so the dashboard stays honest.
